While photographing a unit in the Aria building of Park Shore, we were asked to try and take a photograph of the homeowners dog buster. “Sure, no problem” we replied then comes the next bit of information “he will try to bite you”. Roughly 15 minutes later and several attempts at trying to persuade Buster to sit and stay long enough, we were able to click the shutter and walk away bite free. In addition to Buster’s portrait you will also find a photo from the unit so you can see just how good he is living!

Take a look at this beautiful home we were hired to photograph at dusk this past Wednesday. With February right around the corner we can only hope the weather continues to be as sunny and clear as it has been! Also a big THANK YOU to everyone who has kept us busy this past month, our family’s certainly appreciate it. We look forward to what the rest of the year has to offer.
We would like to welcome the newest addition to the APS family, Oliver Daniel Anderson was born today! He weighed 8lbs 1oz and was 19inches long, this handsome little fellow surprised everyone by coming a day earlier than planned. But what a wonderful surprise he was, as you can see the joy in his parents smiles as they hold him for a quick photo. Mike and Jen thank everyone for their kind wishes on their special day and look forward to getting home in the next few days!

Below is a home we recently photographed in Hideaway Beach of Marco Island, FL. What we feel is the most attractive thing about this home is the very clean architectural design. We especially like the modern half dome roof shape of the guest home on the right. What else makes this home unique the the courtyard style pool is on the second story, something that you do not see often! Click the link below to see the remaining photos from this home.

Take a look at this gorgeous sunset taken from the Cozumel high rise on Marco Island, FL. This time of year is perfect for dusk photography as the cool weather helps keep the rain away so we can capture photographs all day and night! These photos are ideal if you have a fantastic view you are trying to showcase or if you have some great landscape lighting. You will notice with dusk or evening photography it gives more of a mood as the lighting is softer and the harsh shadows the sun makes are not a factor. If you are interested in having your property photographed at dusk give us a call.

Just a quick photo of some beautiful arches poolside in a lovely home in the Estuary at Grey Oaks. This photo is compliments to Dan Guenther of Premier Sothebys who pointed out what a great photo these would make.
